Note offers a comprehensive solution for storing and organizing various types of notes, making them readily accessible when needed.

• STORE

  Notes can incorporate text, images, map locations, and sound clips, referred to as note elements.

• ORGANIZE

  Users can structure their notes into multiple tiers of folders and separate notebooks. Each folder can be sorted by name or date, or arranged in a preferred order. Notes can be easily moved or copied between folders and notebooks, as well as between individual note elements.

• ANNOTATE

  The application allows users to annotate images with arrows and freehand lines. Text labels can also be added to images, with options to rotate, resize, and change the color of these annotations.

• SYNC & SHARE

  Notebooks can be synced through a Dropbox account, providing access across multiple devices. Changes made on any device will sync automatically, though users have control over when syncing occurs.

• BACKUP

  Users can create backup archives of their notes database at any time and transfer these archives to a computer via iTunes sharing. Restoration of the complete notes database from any created archive is straightforward.

• SEARCH

  The search functionality allows users to locate text across all notes within a notebook, including note and folder titles, text elements, image annotation text, captions, sound clip names, and location names.

• PROTECT

  Folder-level PIN protection is available to safeguard notes from unauthorized access. An entire notebook can also be secured by adding a PIN at the root level; however, it is important to note that this serves as a casual deterrent rather than a secure encryption.

• NAVIGATE

  Switching between notebooks is seamless, with each location within a notebook saved for easy restoration. Users can quickly jump to any folder from an overview of all notebooks and folders.

• EXPORT & IMPORT

  The application facilitates exporting images (with annotations) to the photo album and allows notes to be exported as raw content or PDFs via iTunes sharing. Users can paste text or images from the clipboard into their notes, print via AirPrint-compatible printers, and email notes as PDFs or text with attached images.

  The application has no additional purchases required after the initial download.
